ITISeasy Document Drop Zone is a module that helps you synchronize all your documents on "ITISeasy.business" with "ITISeasy.docs."
"ITISeasy.docs" is a document management system (DMS Germany), which is one of several "ITISeasy solutions" developed by IT IS AG in Germany. The four primary "ITISeasy solutions" consist of "ITISeasy.business, ITISeasy.docs, ITISeasy.email, and ITISeasy.team."

How to Use It
Accessing the Document Dropzone
You can access the Document Dropzone through your contacts, where your ITISeasy.business is connected to the Document Management System.
The Document Library
This area of the ITISeasy Document Drop Zone is referred to as the "Document Library." In this section of the module, you can create a parent directory (also known as the primary/main directory) and a subdirectory (also known as the secondary/subdirectory). You can manually upload all your documents or use the drag-and-drop function.
The folder structure can be configured individually.
Drag & Drop
Once a document, such as an invoice from a partner, has been received, adding it to ITISeasy.docs using the drag-and-drop functionality is very convenient.
You can be sure to have all your documents up to date in the DMS.
