How does it work?
You create a communication room via ITISeasy.team, which is directly linked to the customer contact. A new room does not need to be created for each communication.
When an online meeting with your customer is scheduled, you invite them via email, and your customer automatically receives the link to the room you created.
Your meeting room offers all the usual functions: chat, screen sharing, collaborative document editing, and much more!
You define who can use this room. Your communication with customers is secure, time-saving, and transparent.

Start your meetings quickly and easily directly from your calendar in ITISeasy.business.
Schedule your customer appointment in the calendar. By selecting the relevant customer, the corresponding meeting room (linked to the customer) is automatically selected.
As described, your customer receives an invitation via email with a link to the meeting room. You can start your meeting directly from the calendar at the scheduled time using the provided link!
